When you book any Umrah package, flights, hotels, visa services, or holiday deals with us, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions below. We recommend you read everything carefully before confirming your booking.

Please note, these terms may be updated or changed at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check your booking details and inform us immediately if anything looks incorrect.

All travel arrangements are based on information provided at the time of booking. If any changes are required, you must notify us as soon as possible.

Flight Ticket Policy

All flight details should be checked and confirmed at least 72 hours before departure.

Once tickets are issued, they are generally non-refundable and non-changeable, unless the airline allows changes with additional charges.

Prices are only fully confirmed once the ticket is issued.

Flight delays or cancellations caused by airlines, weather conditions, or operational issues are outside our control. In such cases, we will assist where possible to arrange alternative options, but we are not responsible for airline disruptions.

We strongly recommend that all passengers have valid travel insurance to cover unexpected situations.

Any changes in airline rules, schedules, or pricing may result in additional charges payable by the customer.

Hotel Policy

Hotel bookings are always subject to availability.

If the originally requested hotel is not available, we reserve the right to offer a similar alternative of the same standard.

Hotel prices may change until full payment is received and booking is confirmed.

Deposit Policy

A deposit is required to secure your booking, but it does not guarantee final pricing.

We recommend completing full payment as early as possible to avoid any price increases due to availability or airline changes.

A 50% deposit of the total booking amount is normally required to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Once a flight ticket has been issued, it cannot be refunded.

Changes may be possible depending on airline rules, but additional charges will apply.

If you cancel your booking before tickets, hotel, or transport are confirmed, a 50% administration fee per passenger will be deducted from your deposit.

Refunds, if applicable, will depend on airline policies and may include additional service charges.

Any refund requests will be processed within 48 hours, subject to confirmation from suppliers.

Baggage Allowance

Baggage allowance depends on the airline and ticket type.

It is your responsibility to check baggage rules before travel to avoid extra charges.

Check-in Times

We strongly advise:

• 3–4 hours before international flights
• 2 hours before domestic or European flights

Check-in usually closes 90 minutes before departure, so please arrive early to avoid missing your flight.

Meal Requests

Meal preferences can be requested in advance, but they are not guaranteed. Airlines will try their best to accommodate them based on availability.

Law and Jurisdiction

Your booking is governed by English law.

However, any issues arising during travel in Saudi Arabia will be subject to local Saudi laws.

We are not responsible for any violations of local laws during your trip. In such cases, assistance may only be available from your travel insurance provider or the relevant embassy.

Non-UK Nationals

If you are not a UK national, you must ensure you have a valid residence permit and any required documents before applying for a visa or booking travel.

Subject to Availability

All services are subject to availability at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to decline or modify services if required. If your selected option is unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all travellers arrange comprehensive travel insurance.

This should cover:

• Trip cancellation or interruption
• Flight delays
• Lost baggage
• Emergency medical treatment
• Emergency evacuation if required
